My H8 Himedia indicates that it is on with the blue light on show. The TV however does not indicate that they are interfacing and shows no signal.
Pressing the red off button on the remote does nothing and the box will not go to the red light required for standby. Also unplugging everything and replugging does not remove the blue light, even doing this and leaving unplugged for a few days.
Can anyone please inform me how to reset the box to switch off to the standby RED LIGHT mode so that it I can hopefully then switch back on
