Cant install google apps or games

Hi,
the title describes perfectly the situation: I just cant install any app or game from google play store
I choose the app/game, press install but doesnt start downloading (it starts the process but it never gets to the percentage step)
What is wrong?

Unusual problem.

I think I know where you're located (email order record), but that shouldn't be a problem.

I suggest reinstalling firmware and trying again. Also, if possible log into Play Store using a different Google account. Do you have access to other Google services (e.g. gmail) with the Google account you're using for the H8?
