Aspect ratio

Hello
I am using zidoox20
When I  files from my hardisk I put the aspect ratio always on full.
But then when I play the next file it always return on fit.
No matter what I do, by play the next file it always self return to fit sreen
Can someone help me with this

Which firmware version? First thing I would suggest is updating to latest version, released yesterday. It has some fixes re. aspect ratio, particularly when compared to shipping 1.7.8 version.

I have updated the firmware, but no change for the aspect ratio.
Still the same problem.
Mayby someone has a solution.
