HiMedia H8 Octa WLAN slow 1Mbit

Hello there,
I have the HiMedia H8 Octa-Core (1.0.6 and 1.0.7 Trit the problem).
With the Wi-Fi I have problems. The connection breaks again to 1Mbit together (routers Firtzbox 7490 FW 6.3.0).
Is there a solution or I have a faulty device?

How are you testing data throughput?

If I copy a 700MB file to H8 download folder using ES File Explorer I get:

Ethernet: 7.5MB/s (60Mbit/s).
Wifi: 4MB/s (32Mbit/s).

Router and NAS I used is quite old and slow. Test was through a ceiling. NAS D-LINK 313, router: TP-LINK TD-W8968.

That it was so slow, I only noticed when downloads and then saw the wireless speed in rooter in the router.

Yesterday I had the problem again.

In the Fritz box 7490 I was able to consider the WLAN it a combination of 1/150 Mbit / s had.
