Did not cut the mustard for me, apart from the free version (lite) being limited to listing only 8 items in a folder. The sound was a dismal failure for me.
My requirements are 7.1 surround, the best I could get with passthrough enabled was Dolby Digital.
DTS, DTS HD, DTS-MA & Dolby TrueHD all failed.
At least Kodi can play all of the above, although limited to 5.1 channels. But what really excels is the wrapper can play all of them in the correct format (identified on my amp display) including the 7.1 channel formats.
It is now gone from my box, I have uninstalled it.
