Subtitles on/off by default
« on: July 25, 2018, 08:32:36 PM »
Hello,

I have upgraded my Dune HD Pro 4k to the latest firmware.
By default, subtitles are off.
Even if I change the setup for one video, the next video will be played without subtitles.

Is there an option for subtitles default on (external subtitles would be preferable)?
If not, is there an official support forum from Dune?

I would see these improvements possible (for future firmware upgrades):
1. subtitles on/off by default; for subtitles on by default, a setting for internal/external subtitles (to be displayed by default) would be nice;
2. SEARCH button: when you press it, it would be nice to show current video position (not 00:00:00);
3. (also for) SEARCH button: if you are at 00:00:00 and you press DOWN, it would be nice for the time to be set automatically at the end of the video (video length).
