Unplayable video file from. Hdpopcorn

Greetings guys. Did any of you did experience Himedia unplayable movies.? I just discovered one here... Downloaded file as is and when converted remains invisible in Android TV box. I also noticed it in Mxpro3. The same video won't play.Is this common among media players that some mp4 file are unplayable. What surprises me Is the video is playable in pc..
. Does anyone here is this peculiarities...? How did you sort it out.?
