What is the best way to back up Kodi addons and skin before the next HiMedia Custom Kodi release?

It takes to much time redoing it each time.

I know how to do it on my Window PC Kodi but not on an Android Device like this.

There is an add on in the Kodi repo called "backup".. I use or myself and it works well..
