[Q10 Pro] Strange problem in network sharing
« on: May 13, 2018, 08:46:53 AM »
Good morning
In the PC connected to the LAN network I connected both HiMedia Q10 Pro and HiMedia Q5 Pro (both with fwc 2.0.4).
Something very strange happens to me, the HiMedia Q5 Pro placed in another room, correctly detects the shared folder.

The HiMedia Q10 Pro, on the other hand, detects the password and I can not log in.

Only after restarting HiMedia Q10 Pro can I access the same folder,
How does this happen? Yet they are all connected to the same LAN.

The same problem, in a random way, also happens with the Q5Pro, with other folders, just restart the HiMedia to have full access to the folders.
I'm evaluating 2 possibilities:
1- That the problem may depend on PC server operating system, W10 v1803, but this also happened with the previous version (1703-1709)
2- The Custom 2.0.4 firmware, but if it were also other users may have encountered the same problem.
Currently I do not know how to act.  :-\
