3TB HDD SEAGATE 7200 RPM not recognized by the Q10 pro

On disk 1 does it say No media? When you disconnect the cable does the disk 1 disappear? It seems your PC is detecting the Q10Pro but not detecting the hard drive. Make sure the hard drive plug is connected all the way in and try another PC if you can.

Unfortunately, I have only 1 PC at home and it's a laptop, Do it's hard to verify what is wrong.. Yes, when I remove the cord the the disc disappears......

Hello, I kept reminded about the statement. If the Sata connection of Q10 pro was pushed fully into the HDD the lights will momentarily light up.I verified this n as ng times but still the HDD is not seen.. Is there a possibility that this 3T seagate HDD is defective..?

Recently I RMA'd the HDD and  have  it replaced .. and yes there is really a defect  in the connection of the HDD that was t he cause of the problem.....Now the  replacement is working fine...I really appreciate the time and effort that you guys have to  done to  help me decide how to resolve my problem...
