Hi, please let me know how to install new apps (ex. HBO GO) on Himedia Q10 PRO. Can not lounch Play Store... TNX!

Go to Apk mirror website, download and install

Play Store should work fine with any recent firmware. If not, install latest firmware.

Try using a clean installation of the recent firmware. Everything should be available in the Play Store after logging with a Google account.
