Try to install with restore method FW v2.0.3 and check twice if you rely download Q10Pro version for newest FW 2.0.7/2.0.8 before to update it.

It's not a known problem. My thought would be that somewhere along the line you've accidentally installed a firmware intended for Q5 Pro.
