No, there is not.

If you're comfortable with opening up the casing the fan is connected by a jumper so can easily be disabled completely. Q10 Pro casing is quite large so it's only necessary when using a HDD that runs hot.

If I disable the fan will not affect the device I do not use a hard drive

If you don't use an internal HDD then disabling the fan is definitely not a problem.
