HDMI PROBLEM HIMEDIA Q10 4K 3D

Hello
I have a problem with the connection on hdmi CEC between the playerQ10_TV bravia _ recevier Sony str dn 860:
- when i stop Q10 4k,i  must removed HDMI cable to get sound on tv from another devices or from chanels tv. How can i resolve this?

It is working, if you place the adapter on the tv-side of the HDMI-cable! :)
