I believe that is the error message that I have been reading about in dozens and dozens of reviews that seems to happen months, maybe a year after purchase no matter how often it is used or not used.

I appears to be a hardware issue, not firmware from what I have read. I did a search here and amazingly, nothing turn ed up.  ::)

I've never heard of an Q5/Q10 Pro randomly turn into a brick, let alone 'dozens and dozens of reviews' saying it happens.

Please provide links to cases on forums / reviews.
