Play Button Starts AN Embedded System Music On Main Menu???
« on: January 20, 2018, 11:02:45 AM »
Hello,

I noticed that pressing play button starts an embedded system music on main menu. Pressing stop button stops it. Does anyone has an idea about this? I experienced this on 2.0.5/2.0.6/2.0.6 custom firmwares. Is there anyway to disable it?

Thanks

I noticed that too. When I press Play inside Kodi or at the main Launcher, an app is launched (in my case an app that I am using to listen to Internet streams). As soon as the movie starts, the other app is stopped. It took me a while to realise why I was hearing something for a few seconds before every movie I was watching.

+1 if this stops the annoying music :) I've never used that app and I'll never use while there are great apps like kodi or spotify etc.

Is it possible to disable/uninstall this app by user? If not I would really appreciate  if  you can make it uninstallable in custom fw.

It does not start that demo for me, it starts an app that may have been set with some defaults on Android. Now that I know it does not bother me that much.

Ah, that's what it's for  ???!  I use Kodi for all video and sound files.

Do you know where on the disk  "One day in Spring.mp3" is? I've looked but can't see it. Could it be in root? I'd like to delete it  >:(!
