HiMedia Q10 Pro Wont Boot

Can any body help me ??
I have a Q10 Pro with Android 5.1.1 and its worked fantastic for about thirteen months.
When I turn the unit on now, "HiMedia"  just stays on the tv screen and it does not go any further.
I get "boot" on the screen of the Q10 Pro and then I get 10:00:00 and counting
Any help appreciated

Could possibly be a fault with power plugpack, they are known to fail.

With a bad power supply would I get to the boot stage with "HiMedia" on my tv screen, and the HiMedia screen displaying a countdown.

Possibly, do you have a hard drive in your Q10 Pro?

Just to update this thread. I have reflashed the firmware, and this has fixed the problem. 
Shame I didnt know how to back up my Kodi database so have to start from scratch.
And to answer DaveM i sometimes have a hardrive in this when I am travelling, but I just disconnect it when I have it connected to LAN at home, but this problem was with the hard drive disconnected.
