DTS-HD HR Broken 2.0.6

On my Denon X7200WA with RAW RAW AUTO everything works except PCM 4.0. The receiver shows 2.0.
Many DTS 5.1 are seen as 7.1 but I think is a Denon issue caused by Audissey.

I also have no sound with DTS-HD HR. That's fucking annoying.
My Q10pro Denon AVR-X3400H system. And no it's not the hdmi cables.

Has anyone ever tried the q10pro FW 2.0.7 with downgrades? or under which firmware was it still possible?

You are using Kodi with wrapper or internal Media Center? And what are audio settings, are they RAW, RAW, Auto?

And what are the results when playing with Media Center app? Do you get DTS HD HR to AVR?
If not, please also try samples I provided in previous posts in this thread. Will at least those play fine with Media Center app?

For me.... doenst make a differnce with any Player App and DTS HRA Problem

Just bought a Q5 Pro, and confirm the bug: no Audio with DTS-HD High Resolution tracks. 

DTS-HD Master Audio and DTS:X tracks work without a problem (just like Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby True HD and Dolby Atmos).

This is not a AV-Receiver / HDMI issue. The HR tracks play fine from an old NeoTV 550 (2011 btw), from the PC, or from the Blu-ray disc player.

There are lot of releases with High Resolution audio tracks. This should get fixed ASAP !!!

Maybe worth a try with MX player, I know it hass HD audio support, maybe DTS-HD HR also will work...

Unfortunately it makes no difference which player I use. The problem is MKV's and ISO's. I just saw on Facebook on the Himedia profile that someone else there has the problem and the answer from himedia is. Hello, sir. It might be the source.  Please contact our technical team for more support via exportb@himedia.cn.  Thank you you.

If we all write to himedia now, this could increase the chance to get a fix.

Himedia indeed has some serious problems with customer support and so many bugs it could lead to overpopulated Earth
But issue with DTS-HD HR is probably not so easy to fix. Why? Because at least me have no problems with it. See one of my previous posts where you can see it is playing just fine on Denon AVR-X4200W. I tried it yesterday again.

For those who still have problems I have another proposition. Use my samples I provided and try to play them on freshly installed Q5/Q10 Pro. Use audio settings RAW/RAW/Auto and DO NOT use Kodi/wrapper before test.

Its DTS HD with constant Bitrate from 2 to 5 Mbit and up to 8 Channels

The problem is MKV's and ISO's.

Not only ISOs, to be exact: HR bug also when you just play the M2TSs.

There are so many Blu-ray releases with DTS-HD HR tracks that are not playable, The Snowman, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, ...

Yes I am the same guy and I did wrote that. And? What does that have anything to do with the fact that DTS-HD HR is working for me?

You also have an old AVR from 2015, like my Yamaha RX-A3050. These devices have almost no problems with DTS HD HRA (never have had any problems). Most of the affected devices came from 2017, maybe 2016 too.
