EGreat A11 - Color space 10bit......selected will not supported,set to back

The A11 is the best Egreat mediaplayer, is it possible that a fundamental fact like the 10bit HDR has this error, at least to me with PVR Sony 260 hdr10bit and TV Sony 4k HDR 10bit?
I tried everything, even a hard reset, but nothing.
I have upgrade from 1.2.5.6 to 1.2.6.0 but all the options for 10 bit is "selected will not supported,set to back",
How is it possible?
If I can not enjoy the HDR10bit, I can only return the product and refund.
