Not powering up Q10 Pro from Amazon
« on: November 24, 2017, 11:17:37 AM »
Hi everyone, I'm Italian and I know little English. I have a problem with himedia q10 pro bought 2 days on Amazon. When I plug in the ethernet cable, I tried it 5, the green LED goes off and only the orange light is on but still navigates but I do not know if this problem is normal or must work that way. Otherwise I make it because the himedia assistance has not yet responded. Thank you all.

I moved your question to a new thread because it had nothing to do with the thread you posted it in.

When an ethernet cable is connected and data is being transferred the orange light on the LED port should blink and the green light should be off.
