I'm trying to get the Q10 to implement Dolby Vision or in other words to get Dolby to give out the damn licenses already. Only improves the Q10 nothing else. the definition of trolling should be something else

So if someone tries to contact Dolby now concerning the Dolby Vision support they just decline the licensing by saying it is illegal on mediaplayers and thats it? Or what is the status atm.....a bit of money should clear things up

Cause if thats their excuse for not licensing mediaplayers then it will NEVER happen or am I wrong here? Then we could end this charade. No need to wait then anymore. Absolutely pointless.

There is a rumour that dual-layer m2ts Dolby Vision support will soon arrive on 2017 LG Oled displays. If thats the case then everyone with a 2017+ tv can watch the stuff anyway. No need for Dolby to hold back. On the other hand for full audio support we need a mediaplayer with DV
