Opinion based on lots of experience, huh?! Probably you never have watched a properly made 3D nature documentary to at least have some clue how it can be entertaining... Don't judge by the case of poorly made "blockbuster super-hero" 3D experience, they're not even getting anywhere close to the true potentials of this technology.  And even so, don't think that if something just doesn't interests you, it won't interest many other people... I have a 3D TV, and I've bought it for a reason, and willing (and will) to enjoy more and more fair 3D content in times to come, thank you...

No offence, but i'm fed up enough with these trendy demagoguery detractions against 3D...

Full agree. 3D is a must if properly used  by film directors/studios

Ask on Dolby Laboratories when they will start to give up Dolby Vision license for media player device.

....
For a better understanding, it's Dolby Labs, not Futeko, nor Himedia.

Thats what I did and no response from them for a week. But that was to be expected. And personally I think Himedia or others will be the first ones to know about the license not us. So maybe they should inform us then :)

Someone told me Himedia responded that the Q10 doesnt have the right chip for DV and the next player will have it...thats a joke right? Its a software issue now not a hardware cjip prob anymore!

I try to find a DV player in every forum all over the world, certainly not just here where DV is worth SHIT till at least spring 2018. Nothing so far except the good old expensive Oppo 203 thats a great babe with Dv

Firmware Update Activates Dolby Vision for Oppo UDP-203 & UDP-205 UHD Blu-ray Players on June 6, 2017 they get disc player license for Dolby Vision not as media player. Now Apple TV join to Dolby Vision license device, let's see on 3-4 month who is a next one...

Did you even ask Dolby directly? Did they refuse to hand out the license? If yes, why?
