I have developed the issue of the box not turning off after i hit power. The screen goes blank, but the box stays lit white and does not respond. Ideas?

Is this with standard IR remote or an airmouse?

IR remote should always turn the box off normally.

Airmice will only turn it off properly if they have an IR learning function and it's been correctly programmed to replicate IR remote. And then the airmouse is pointed at A10 Pro when pressing power as with IR remote.

Unusual. What firmware is it running? Does the remote work normally otherwise?

I reported that problem too some time ago, it started for me with 2.0.4.
Screen goes black, but the box does not turn off properly - the circle in the middle stays lit while the little red power led in the bottom right corner is red, as if it were off.
