How can I disable the system to ask for a password to unlock the screen ?

Have you enabled it? Have you installed anything related to lockscreen? I am not getting this. I am on CFW 2.0.5.

I found in System apps something like "children protection" I stopped and disabled it and the system does not ask for a password to unlock the screen anymore.
I did not find in the regular configuration anything to enable or disable it.

Sound like you activate  "Super Child Lock" apps.
