Q10PRO not answer
« on: September 30, 2017, 10:42:40 AM »
Good morning.
The other day I installed andoid 7 2.5, coming from the latest firmware 5.1 and passing through 2.4.
Yesterday everything was fine, used and worked fine.
This afternoon and after about a minute of use it no longer responds to the remote commands or keystrokes.
You must take off power to reset it all.
You can help me, I do not know what to do anymore.

Update:
I removed the internal SATA disk, a 4TB WD red and resumed working.
The WD is new and inserted the other yesterday and used until this morning.
I have inserted a 2.5 disk and see it very well.
Through PC and host usb the WD red is read from the PC.
Tips ???

re-updating
Re installed 2.5 and the disk is seen. From testing the problem was the, fil manager ES that blocks everything.
I installed another file manager and the Q10 does not hang but the 4-TB disk is not seen.
However, it is seen from the file manager supplied with the firmware.
With 5.1 this did not happen and the q10 file manager does not allow you to copy the hidden files

English language only please for maximum understanding.

The location of external drives on Android 7 firmware has changed. Are you looking in the right place? External drives are located at /mnt/media_rw/
