What to do in the main directory no folders appeared Android and LOST.DIR?

I repeat the question , how to remove these files,These are not system files They appear in the main directory after each startup.

It's part of Android OS, just ignore them

I understand, but it does not look right. Library divided into categories, for example
1.Movies
2.Music
3.Concerts etc.

And at the end two folders Android and LOST.DIR  Not matching to the rest...

I think you have not used an Android before. Leave those folders as they are, the Android folder is actually quite important, it is being used by apps. The other folder is Linux specific and will be recreated every time you delete it. Bottom line: leave them be and ignore them.
