One user with other Rk3368 device report this "rk3368 KODI 15.0 Isengard Support hardware decoding,Support 4K HEVC 10-Bit" ,can you test?  :o

Demo_Samsung_2014_-_The_City_Limits.zip from http://www.demo-uhd3d.com/categorie.php?tag=10bits does not play. Gives error code 246.

The Youtube clip plays in both Chrome and the Youtube app but at max 720p.
