sumvision mini pc question

you say its the same as the PCG03 but to my knowledge the sumvision does not do 5.1/7.1  sound and why has it replaced the pcgo3 , i dont know which to buy now
all i want is the best video resolution and 5.1 sound to connect to my yamaha avreciever

If the Sumvision doesn't do 5.1 passthrough then it's a licensing issue. Mele PCG03 and Sumvision are exactly the same hardware, manufactured by Mele.

The Sumvision link on our site goes to Amazon. We aren't going to stock it. I'm not sure whether anyone in the UK has Mele PCG03 stock now so you're going to be best off buying the Sumvision version.

can you check the sumvision does do 5.1 DD then , because when i asked in a pc shop all he could find was 2.0 audio

We don't have stock of the Sumvision so I can't check.

On the PCG03 you can enable 5.1 by going into Windows settings - sound - advanced (approx navigation) and enabling 5.1 speakers.
