Q5/Q10 frame rate with streamed movies
« on: June 26, 2017, 01:16:52 PM »
Hello,
I am brand new user on forum. I am facing decision of buying q10pro. One thing is still not clear for me: does q10 switch automatically frame rate when watching movies from any Kodi add-ons (xxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx, etc). I do know it does it with local content. What about streaming ?

Regards
Michal

My only problem with this auto frame switch add-on, is exactly that it also switches frame rate for online streaming. It would be very useful for me to use it with DVD playback (the only thing that I would NOT play with Wrapper+HiPalyer), but I have read in another Thread that it's very annoying since it also stays active while switching and surfing through IPTV channels in KODI. And since normally you switch channels more often while surfing the TV channels I guess it just won't do any healthy to the TV.

- pcristi and - looun could you don any modification in the patch to exclude this behavior (like an untickable option) while using a streaming add-on, like Simple IPTV?!
