Himedia M6 problems

Hi, I bought Himedia M6 in May last year in Canada. It worked well and gave us lots of
fun. But it can not work yesterday . It shows that device authentication
failed, please contact your local dealer and provide the MAC address below:
 00-66-DE-00-6C-88.


I contact to my seller with wechat . However, I can not get any response. I hope I can get answer from here
