Hi,

I have big problem with my A5 ordered from Futeko:

After I switched the display resolution to 4K in A5 settings, and after I couldplay an HDR MKV file, now when I reboot it, my TV only detects a black 4K video signal, although the A5 still respond to my remote control when I turn it off or on.

So I tried the process to reset the firmware with the 4 files of the latest version on a ExFat USB key, but the A5 won't boot up in recovery when I turn it ON with the remote or the front panel button while pressing the RESET button.

Does anybody have an idea on how to solve this, or do I have to send my A5 under warranty back to Futeko for a replacement ?

Do you get any output at all from HDMI when booting with reset button pressed (no USB update insterted / USB update inserted)?

It sounds like the A5 is stuck in an output mode your TV doesn't understand. Not sure why. If you use another TV or PC monitor you may get a picture and be able to change resolution / colourspace.

Actually I managed to retrieve the video signal by following the recovery process.

But now I have another problem :

As soon as tha A5 is turned on with the DHCP option enabled, the LED and UI icons for the ethernet statu show it disabled, and I have no connection.

Whereas as soon as I disable DHCP and connect with a manual IP, then Ethernet Icon i enabled, but my router doen't detect it, I can't ping it from my pc and it can't connect to internet or to my NAS.

Yet nothing has changed in the hardware configuration with the cable or the switch to which the A5 is plugged since the time when it was working perfectly with my network.
