Kodi 17.1
«

Was this just me getting the movies reproduction quite lagged?
I had no other than the Preinstalled Kodi 17.0 which automatically updated to 17.1 and the xxxxxx repository.
More than decent Wifi connection (109Mb).
Why was this not playing smoothly?

Possibly, from FAQ:
* Stop Kodi 17 streams from stuttering? In Kodi, go to settings -> Player -> Videos and set Allow hardware acceleration - Mediacodec (Surface) to OFF
