Upgrade to version 2.0.6 and try again.  My Bluetooth headphones are working fine (Planatronics BackBeat).
Also my brother-in-law's Logitech Bluetooth keyboard is still working fine when his Q10Pro was upgraded recently to 2.0.6 (had 2.0.4 previously and it also worked on Android 5.1 before that).

Updated to Android 7.1 and fw 2.0.6. but...same situation: bluetooth devices are not detected.
I really don't understand why..maybe my box has got this production defect..i'm going to ask for a replacement (maybe with a Zidoo X10..i'm a bit disappointed with Q10)

I don't normally use Bluetooth with my HiMedia Q10 but, just for you, I just tried it out!

I have AKG Y50BT headphones. I went to Settings > More > Bluetooth on the Q10 and pressed the Bluetooth button on the headphones. They paired up in about 10 seconds. Went to Kodi 18 and tested Music and Movies with perfect sound on both.

My Q10 box had Official Firmware 2.0.6 and Android 7.0 but I've just upgraded to Official Firmware 2.0.7 and the headphones are still working perfectly!!!

Confirmed here as well on my Q5 Pro that Bluetooth works as well with my Plantronics Headset on v2.0.6
