Does h8 lite support hicontrol?

hicontrol is for HiSilicon base product, not support in other SoC like RK3368.

This is different from hicontrol? It works on the lite version too?

It's different to HiControl and it should work on H8 Lite and H8 Plus (although not tested by us).
