HiMedia Q10 II stuck at BootScreen

Hi, I have HiMedia Q10 II, I don't know if it's the same like Q10 4k3D ?

My Himedia just stuck at Boot Screen and show "HiMedia" only, what can I do to fix that ?

It's not the same, it's the previous generation model.

HiMedia Q10 > HiMedia Q10 II > HiMedia Q10 4K3D (quad) (2014) > HiMedia Q10 Pro (2016).

If it's stuck on HiMedia boot screen the only thing you can do is attempt a firmware install using restore button. We don't have copies of Q10 II firmware because we never sold it, so you'd need to find it somewhere.
