Himedia Q10 Pro - HELP (menu wallpaper do not want to change)

Hello

I am new here. I would like to ask you for help. I have Himedia Q10 Pro. Lately I upgraded original firmware from 1.0.7 to (from OTA internet upgrade) to 1.0.9.
After this I have little problem. Menu wallpaper do not want to change.  Is black and awful... When I try to customize menu wallpaper nothing change. In 1.0.7 I had possibility to change from live wallpaper (factory installed). Now I cannot. Even after downloading wallpaper form internet changed nothing (settings success but there is still black).  Could anybody help me? I know this is a little thing but annoying? Regards.

I guess it's a known bug in the 1.0.9 fw, I neighter can set any live wallpapers. Waiting for 1.1.0 (or a patch) to fix this...

Could you tell me how can I apply Moere22 patch? I cannot download patch from your link below.
