Himedia Q10 4K 3D settings are not stored

Good day, with my Q10 quad under "display" - "image settings" the set values are not stored, that is after 2-3 days are all values again set to 50. The same problem in the "player menu" - "photo quality setup" - "display mode" - "user defined", after a while all values go back to 50. I must however say that I over night and sometimes over the Day my devices turn off. Is there a way to store these values? My version is 3.0.1. thank you
