Q5 4K3D M2TS files

I bought two months ago for the q5 4kd use it primarily as a media player.
I upgraded the firmware to last 1.0.8
I found these two defects which I do not see any topic in the forums :

1. I create with Edius 6.07 hd m2ts files to 20Mbit CBR intra 4x4 in CABAC entropy . These files are not represented correctly by q5 , many freeze , skip frames and other defects .
After several tests I saw that the only way is :
VBR 17Mbit ( max 20mbit ) intra 16x16 in CAVLC entropy, with a moderate loss of quality in places.
Do you know why there is such a limitation ?

2. I noticed that I use the player in an environment without WiFi and network , the image sometimes skips some frames , perhaps because continues to do a search of the wifi ? I saw that disabling the network does not create more defects , is a small bug ?

i have no problems regarding m2ts files...please use 1,0,7 firmware version until 1,0,9 will done

Can you tell me what features have your m2ts files .
Bitarte (CBR or VBR), matrix entropy (CABAC or CAVLC) and intraframe (4x4, 8x8, 16x16)
