Android 7 plus Kodi Philips Hue Addon

Hi Can anyone help please..

I have updated to the new firmware Android 7 but cannot get the Kodi Addon for my Philips Hue Lights working when using the  Himedia Pro10 Wrapper.

All works fine with Kodi so the Cinema lights dim fine and come back on when the movie stops.  but in the wrapper nothing works yet it worked fine in Android 5.

Just wondered if anyone else got the same problem as I prefer to watch films via the wrapper and its far superior playback quality compared to Kodi.
But Kodi is also my favourite Front End for my Cinnry room setup..

kodi Addon never cann't work with wrapper .

You must use Hi Frequency Switcher

installed hi-freq as per instructions then followed the kodi setup proc, but still the wrapper does not switch off the Hue Lights when a movie starts..

please help  thanks Steve D
