There is at least one file available on forums claiming to be the Q10 Pro Android 7 official firmware.

We've had no confirmation of official firmware release from HiMedia and it's easy to brick Q5 / Q10 Pro installing the Android 7 beta incorrectly, so..

We advise people to wait for official release (either on our forum or official HiMedia support page) .

Official Q5 Pro and Q10 Pro Android 7 firmware downloads together with update instructions and changelog will be available on this forum tomorrow morning UK time.

We expected an easier one file update method.

Instead it's two files very like the beta version.

So it's more complicated and involves us writing as near foolproof as possible installation instructions.

So it will take a couple of hours longer.

I don't like the way HiMedia and others release straight 'update.zip' files with no explanation or readme.

It causes confusion and potential brickage. Particularly for an update like this that requires two update.zip files installed in order.
