no active product message

Hi,  I am having a problem playing live stream from a Kodi addon abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz.  I kept receiving "no active product" message when trying to open the link.  I tried the same addon with abcdefghiljklmnopqrstuvwxyz and it worked fine.  Really appreciate any feedback/advise on this.  Thanks
