Your question is rather obtuse and may reflect on no one answering. What is your question in simple terms?

You need a mouse to open the system bar (or use the mouse pointer function of remote).

For media playback use with Himediaplayer or Kodi you wouldn't ever need (or want) to see the system bar. I appreciate that you might find it useful for switching between multiple apps, but if you're doing this you're probably using a mouse/trackpad anyway.

System bar can be enabled/disabled with this update file from CS: http://www.mediafire.com/?smq92es16jycao3

File taken from here: http://forum.softpedia.com/topic/1056055-himedia-q10q5-pro-android-511-tv-box/page__st__306#entry20046516

Rename that zip file to update.zip, copy it to a USB flash drive, and boot the Q5/Q10 Pro with restore button pressed.

The update will toggle system bar on/off. So if it's off (as it is by default in recent firmwares) then it will toggle it on and if it's on it will toggle it off.
