If your receiver has HDMI inputs and supports 7.1 channel DTS-HD MA and TrueHD then:HDMI Output: RAWSPDIF Output: CloseHBR Degrade Output: RAW 7.1
With those settings your receiver will be receiving the raw audio stream. So DTS, TrueHD or whatever. If your receiver can decode those streams then it will work as you describe. It probably can so I'd go for those settings first. If you want the audio passed as PCM then you need to change the 'HDMI Output:' setting from 'RAW' to 'LPCM'.

You'll need a receiver capable of decoding LPCM signal from HDMI.Raw in the context of the Q5/Q10 settings is HD-Audio passed in it's original form. You'll need a receiver capable of decoding the stream to play it.Raw is better for people with DTS-HD MA / TrueHD receivers because these receivers will decode the stream in higher quality than Q5/Q10.
