« on: September 14, 2016, 12:28:31 PM »
Hi everyone,

My Q10 Pro will not turn on or respond.  It has been in off/standby & all the sudden i see only the white light circle on the front lcd panel....the white ring light is where the power button on the front lcd. Took out power cable & use a different cable still only see the white light ring.

Disconnect power, leave for an hour, and try again. This sometimes works with many devices.

Otherwise, it's not looking good. Can you post a photo of the front panel so I can pass it onto HiMedia?

left it unplugged for more than half a day...still same...wont power on...just the white light at the power button.  Looks like the board is the issue or fried. Does Himedia sell the replacement board ?  It's only a few weeks old....the shipping cost for warranty claim would probably be too much to even consider.

Attached is the image.

It does look like the box is dead.

There is no way to recover HiMedia Q5/Q10 Pro via USB flashing tool or similar. Any box that is not booting like yours needs to be returned to HiMedia.

If you bought it from us please email mail@futeko.com, otherwise contact your retailer for RMA.
