This could be two things.
1. How is your internal HDD formatted? 'FAT' formatted drives have a max file size of 4GB. The solution would be to format the HDD to either NTFS or EXT format. See here for more info: http://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=576.0
2. When copying files initiated from a PC/Mac via Samba networking (standard Windows networking) to the Q10 Pro you may get a message saying that the drive is full. This caused by the Q10 Pro reporting the internal HDD size as total internal flash storage (16GB on Q10 Pro). This is a bug/quirk of how Android / Q10 Pro mounts attached storage. The solution is to initiate the transfer from the Q10 Pro. So install something like ES File Explorer on Q10 Pro, navigate to the share location on your network and initiate transfer from there.
