I din't realized till now, that an audio codec and such technical standard sometimes changes in code, so it may require software support update to even get it working at all. So basically, there are several DTS version already, that are not even backward compatible with previous version? Strange. I thought when the standard and the codec was developed, tested and proved, then it was just finalized for good and all devices that licenced and decently implemented this release, will be able for 100% compatibility. Like, when I think of "DTS HDMA", I think of it like a "finished standard", and i don't think also in frequently changing version numbers, or at something that I should get worry about if I lost it on my devices a couple of years after...
