CHANGE:

ZIDOO 8K FIRMWARE ROLLBACK [17-SEP-2026]

One of the biggest criticisms of the Zidoo 8K players was that they did not support firmware rollback (installing older firmwares over new), so if you installed the latest firmware there was no going back.

As of firmware 1.3.30 this has changed! Zidoo 8K boxes now support firmware rollback to a number of key older firmwares (1.2.22 / 1.2.40 / 1.3.05).

NOT THAT YOU'D WANT TO WITH THE PACE AND QUALITY OF RECENT UPDATES.

Big thanks to the Zidoo developers for implementing this.
