R_volution have released a new firmware for their Amlogic based players, including R_volution PlayerOne 8K and R_volution PlayerMini.

The firmware is being rolled out OTA (over the air) so boxes will receive a notification prompting to update.

Bug fixes (All models)

- The picture could become corrupted when playing certain HEVC videos or Blu-ray disc images (for S928X models), especially concert content in BD ISOs.
- Incorrect playback speed with PAL DVDs.
- Noticeable seek-position inaccuracies in large files.
- Playback could crash after playing a large number of files.
- “Hide Android folders in drive root” setting worked for only one storage device.
- Various other minor internal fixes.

Online Installation Procedure:

1. Connect your R_volution player to Internet.
2. Turn-ON your R_volution player.
3. A pop-up window should appear on the screen. Follow the on-screen procedure.
