utorrent and hdd problem
« on: June 17, 2016, 12:10:56 PM »
Hi,
I have Q10Pro, uTorrent pro and 3TB recognized HDD inside the box.
I cannot save new downloaded torrents on the HDD. There is no option to save downloaded files on the HDD, only on the internal SD card.
How can I solve this problem?
Regards

You will have to use another torrent app.

I can't remember off the top of my head, but some let you specify the download location.

It's really poor of uTorrent to not have this setting.

Thank you, admin.
So pity that android uTorrent miss this function. I have used it for years in Windows without any problem.
I am asking all kindly forum members - if someone is using another android torrent app with this function, please tell me.
Regards to all

Yes you can use u torrent to download your torrents directly to your hard drive.  I have a 6tb WD Black in mines and I have my movies download directlyto my 6TB hard drive.

I use utorrent pro but to my usb drive attached to q10 pro. When utorrent pro flashes a pop-up to confirm the download, I edit the download path and files by clicking the "pen" icon.

Thank you, gesu.

Just bought and installed a WD Red 8tb drive into my Q10 Pro.

Currently downloading files thru uTorrent Pro in to it with NO problems.
