Q10Pro Yet another playback problem

Having sorted out my Kodi installation I now have another playback problem. I have several 24/96 and DSF music files and was hoping to play these back natively ie. no change in fromat or sample resolution unfortunately I haven't managed to do this yet. I have my Mytek DSD192 dac connected via the sdif output(Q10Pro) and sdif input(Mytek Dac) and all my music including 24/96 and DSF files playback at 48Khz I have selected Raw and Dop in the music player but no change in actual output from the 48Khz. Can anyone help or is this just another firmware failing. I should add I had no problem playing back DSF or 24/96files via the Mytek sdif input when using a Cambridge CXN Network player and its sdif output. It really niggles me that we can have so many problems with the Q10Pro whic h in their specification outline says it will play and obviously do not do satisfactorily in the real world, do the manufacturer's ever check or test whether it works or just assume active forum group members will find work arounds for the problems.

The only way to get something different from 16/48 on spdif or hdmi output is use internal player with pathtrought. I have tested several music players from play market and all of them makes resampling to 48khz. Seems like hw or android restriction.

Internal player can do pathtrought 48, 88.2, 96 khz flac, can not 192 khz flac and there is no way play 44.1 source without resampling to 48.

Using Media Center it bitstreams 192Khz FLAC audio perfectly.  I recall it also worked from Kodi, using the wrapper (as there are Kodi limitations). 

Pure Audio Blu-rays are a great source for 192Khz music (and it also can play the .iso file of the Blu-ray directly without ripping to FLAC).

I have q10 pro another player attached to the same avr with hdmi. q10 pro settings: hdmi - raw, spdif - raw.
1. Source 2ch 192khz flac, another player plays it, avr shows 192khz
2. Source the same 2ch 192khz flac,  q10 pro player shows that flac plays but no signal on avr
3. Source 5.1ch 96khz flac, q10 pro player plays it, avr shows 96khz, volume can changed  only with avr
4. Source 5.1ch 48khz flac, q10 pro player plays it, avr shows 48khz, volume can changed  only with avr
5. Source 2ch 48khz flac, q10 pro player plays it, avr shows 48khz, volume can changed  with avr and with player
6. Source 2ch 44.1khz flac, q10 pro player plays it, avr shows 48khz, volume can changed  with avr and with player

I 've changed hdmi input on avr, hdmi cable - no effect, behavior the same.

Ok. I have only one source with 192khz and it's not very actualy for me. But why q10 pro can't play 44.1khz source untouched when I set raw in settings? Most of my sources has 44.1khz.

Something is not quite right here.  It can certainly play 44.1Khz files as these are standard CD quality.

If you are correctly bitstreaming from the Q10Pro, you cannot adjust the volume with the player (only with the AVR).
Do you have Playback- "HDR Degrade Output" also on set to RAW 7.1?

I have now got around the problem of playing DSF files, and higher resolution recordings up to 192Khz by using the free android app HibyMusic and connecting my dac via a usb cable into the Q10Pro. Initially I tried my Mytek192 dac connected this but did not work, then tried my Primare dac this worked. I think the compatibilty using this app and usb connection depends on the actual dac chip used and how it is setup by the manufacturer. The Primare I think uses an XMOS usb chip. I  tried DSF files these  played fine although as the Primare doesn't do native dsd I had to choose PCM in the HibyMusic Advanced settings which converts the dsf to PCM. Also tried SACD ISO this played to some degree but with some stutters (again this was PCM converted). All the other high resolutions eg 192Khz, 88.2Khz also worked without problems.

My avr can not play that way. I wrote only about hdmi connection.
